Forms

Studio includes a panel for browsing forms configured on your project and inspecting recent submissions. Open it from the Forms icon in the Studio nav rail.

Note

Forms must be enabled on your project from the main dashboard first. If no forms are configured, the panel shows a “No forms configured” prompt with a pointer back to the dashboard.

Form list

The forms panel lists every form configured on the project. Each row shows:

• URL — the page URL the form is bound to.
• Target URL — the form’s submission target, if one is set.

Click Submissions on a row to load that form’s submissions.

Viewing submissions

The submissions view lists the most recent submissions for the selected form (up to 20). Each submission card shows:

• Date submitted — stored in UTC and displayed in the viewer’s local timezone.
• Spam flag — submissions detected as spam show a red Spam badge.
• Form data — the first four fields of the submission. If the submission has more, a “+ N more fields” line is appended. The files field is omitted.

Click Back to forms in the toolbar to return to the form list.
